However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can choose to return or exchange your purchase for an alternative item within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply follow the guidelines below or contact our customer care team who will gladly assist.

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS

1. To return or exchange your order, please email info@enerjilondon.com with your name, address, order number and reason for your return or exchange.2. We will reply with our returns address, and a downloadable form which is to be completed and returned back to us, along with your items.3. Take the package to your local post office and send it via a signed-for delivery service. We are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of Enerji London staff. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

• Following our commitment to quality, to be eligible for a refund/ exchange, your item(s) must returned in perfect, unworn condition, with tags still attached and all associated packing materials. 
• Exchanges are limited to the same product in an alternative size. If your selected item is unavailable or no longer offered, we'll promptly notify you via email and process an automatic refund to your original method of payment.
• Please allow 7 working days for UK returns/exchanges requests and 14 working days for Worldwide returns/exchanges from the date of request.
• All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for payments to clear.
• The original shipping fee will not be refunded and you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s).
