Delivery Information

We strive to ship your order within one day of purchase, excluding weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the following working day. Please note that delivery estimates are based on working days, and UK Public/Bank holidays may impact the expected delivery date.

Tracking your order

All orders are sent via track & trace service. For a delivery update, please refer to the delivery carrier's website detailed in your order confirmation and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email. If nobody is home to receive the package, your order may be returned to the carrier's local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery.

Import duties

International orders from outside the UK may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes on the delivery of your order (DAP). Please note that this could involve some delay of the parcels, as the goods retained and checked at customs are outside of our control. If you do not accept the customs clearance, the product will be returned to the sender destination, and shipping costs will be non-refundable.

Signature required

To protect your purchase, a signature will be required on all shipments. If no adult is available to sign for the package, please indicate in special instructions that you are waiving this service before completing the purchase, and will assume any risk of theft or loss.
